Disconnect from Technology

Plan an extended period (like a week) where you disconnect from social media, email, and other non-essential digital platforms. You can use this time for self-reflection and deeper self-care. Eliminating all of the digital "noise" around you will bring a sense of clarity and peace to help you focus more on YOU.

Can't detach for a long period of time? No problem! Schedule regular tech detox days or evenings instead. Use this time to engage in offline activities that bring you joy, such as reading, spending quality time with loved ones, cooking - anything that puts your mind at ease.
