Holy guacamole, this healthy snack never gets old! 🥑 This homemade guac recipe is a favorite from our founder, Rita Katona (@ritasayshi on Instagram). Note from Rita - this recipe is a hard one to mess up. You'll want to customize it based on how much you like garlic, spice, saltiness, etc. Just combine and enjoy with your favorite chips or fresh veggies!
- 3 medium avocados
- ½ red onion, chopped
- 1-3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ jalapeno pepper, diced
- 1 large lime, juiced
- ¼ cup tomatoes diced
- Handful of chopped cilantro
- ¼ tsp cumin
- Ground pepper & sea salt, to taste
