It's Mental Health Awareness Month!

Did you know that May is observed as Mental Health Awareness Month in the US? Mental Health Awareness Month is meant to open dialogue around mental health and fight the stigma surrounding this topic.  It also aims to provide support to those struggling with their mental health. With the love of the body at the core of all that we do (and the brain and mind being a part of the body), we believe maintaining mental health is just as critical as maintaining physical health.

Whether mental health is a subject near and dear to your heart or one that is rather unfamiliar, mental health affects us all and is a topic that needs to be discussed and acknowledged. As a community, we want everyone to know that we see you, we hear you, and we support you.

"Getting out in nature, going for a walk/run outside, doing yoga, turning off technology, snuggling with my dogs, baking a new treat, and taking baths!" –Grace K., Marketing | Social Community Associate

"Cleaning my space, playing with my dog, getting outside and soaking up the sun" –Daley R., Sales | Account Manager

"Going sailing️ is my 'fix' for whatever ails me!" –Michael S., Ops | Director of Operations

"Laughing, yoga, cooking, upbeat music, lunch with a fun friend, seeing my kids do something they enjoy, and doing anything with my hubby. Gratitude is also a biggie! Reminders and counting blessings go a long way for me." –Tiffany S., Ops | Operations Coordinator

"Every morning (most) - yoga, cardio/weights, meditation. Every day - quality time with my wife." –Eric H., Co-Founder | CEO
