So Good So You® Sparkling Energy Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by So Good So You, (So Good Brand, Inc.), 500 Kasota Ave SE Minneapolis, MN 55414-2811 (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway begins at 12:00pm CST on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm CST on Sunday, February 8th, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Eligibility:

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must take all the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

1. Follow @sogoodsoyou on Instagram; and
2. Like the official @sogoodsoyou post on Instagram announcing this Giveaway; and
3. Comment on the official @sogoodsoyou post on Instagram announcing this Giveaway and include the hashtag #SGSY_Giveaway in your comment; and
4. Complete the entry form by visiting the link in our @sogoodsoyou Instagram bio and providing your Instagram handle, first and last name, and email address. 

Limit one (1) entry per person; duplicate entries will be disqualified, and incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Your entry will not be deemed valid for the Giveaway unless (a) it meets the requirements set forth above; (b) complies with the rules of the Giveaway and the rules of the Social Media Platform; (c) does not contain obscene, offensive or objectionable imagery or language, or communication message inconsistent with the positive images to which Sponsor wishes to associate; or (d) does not infringe, misappropriate or violate the rights of any third party.

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a Retro-Style Smeg Refrigerator (1.2 cu ft, Right Hinge, White) decorated with removable So Good So You stickers (retail value $1,554.44) and one case of each So Good So You Sparkling Energy Flavor (48 cans total; retail value $191.52). The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1,945.96 (includes estimated shipping costs). Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or about Monday, February 9th, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email, using the address provided on the entry form, from hello@sogoodsoyou.com. Prior to being confirmed as a Winner, Sponsor retains the discretion to ask the potential winner to sign and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) calendar days of prize notification. The winner must respond by 11:59pm CST on Thursday, February 19th, 2026 to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond by the deadline, an alternate winner may be selected.

General Conditions & Limitation of Liability:

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or acting in violation of these Official Rules. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating in this Giveaway, each entrant represents that there is no legal or contractual restriction barring participation, including, without limitation, any restriction from entrant’s employer or company. Entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and the Social Media Platform from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with participation in Giveaway, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity and for any claims based on copyright, trademark, publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries; any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability; or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.

Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy (Privacy Policy | So Good So You) and will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and contacting the winner.

Winner’s List:

The name of the Winner will be announced on our Instagram page within a reasonable time period following the Giveaway Period.

Governing Law:

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
