Job Title: Production Artist (Full-Time)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Summary: The Production Artist at So Good So You is driven and dedicated to creating high-impact assets across our dynamic brand. Responsible for the production of the brand’s graphics, collateral, and image across multiple platforms, you will work on a variety of projects including packaging, in-store signage, promotional signage, email, marketing materials and sales collateral across traditional and digital platforms, social media content, website graphics, PR content, and printed collateral.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Packaging
- Manage packaging updates to our portfolio of products and fully own the production side of packaging
- Create and maintain impeccable versioning within the internal packaging file library
- Work closely with all production vendors
- Proof & perform quality assurance with final packaging
- Brand collateral production
- Repurpose of brand assets across multiple platforms
- Update files and manage release of files
- Manage vendors and all vendor communication
- Proofing and quality control of finished product
- Create and maintain a highly intuitive digital asset library for all brand assets
- Maintain a structured and organized file management system
- Be the expert on our digital proofing platform
- Able to come up with design and layout solutions for all design placements
- Apply brand guidelines across multiple types of brand assets and proof for branding consistency
- Collaborate with internal marketing, sales and operations teams on a daily basis to fulfill objectives
- Collaborate on new design initiatives

- A strong understanding of different file formats, sizes, and best practices per channel or placement

- Highly detail-oriented and consistency-oriented, you meticulously proof your work to deliver a consistently excellent product
- You get excited about all things design and seeing your hard work come to fruition
- You possess the keen ability to set priorities, quickly zeroing in on what is important, eliminate roadblocks, create focus
- You possess great project management skills to take a project from beginning through completion
- Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback, setting expectations and meeting deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two (2) years as a production artist, brand or agency side
- Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Canva Expertise in version control and digital asset management
- Familiarity with digital proofing programs
- Strong technology skills with G Suite software and Dropbox
- Experience in a fast-paced environment in similar role preferred
This position is hybrid-remote. Currently the role is fully remote and in-office on an as-needed basis for critical functions but plans to be in-office up to 2 days/week based on pandemic levels.
