Office Manager & Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a fun, energetic and crazy organized Office Manager and  Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a critical support role for our fast-growing company. This role will work directly alongside company founders and leadership team to build and maintain processes in the natural/better-for-you food and beverage industry.

  • Support the office and company with all general administrative duties 
  • Specific administrative support and special project support for several senior leaders  
  • HR administrative support including onboarding new employees, manage open enrollment, manage and update compliance practices and policies 
  • Manage and support operating systems and provide technical support as needed
  • Manage electronic and physical records 
  • Facilitate & streamline communications within the organization 
  • Buying, receiving and organizing office supplies  
  • Complete additional projects as requested 
  • Create & maintain a healthy, productive work environment for all team members and support Covid-19 protocols


  • Minimum 2-year degree required, 4-year degree preferred 
  • At least 5 years previous work experience with a successful track record of  progressive administrative management in a small company/start-up environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook- upbeat, friendly & engaging 
  • Individual must be self-motivated and able to work within a high-performance team 
  • Proficiency with Mac/Apple hardware and systems
  • Strong Excel, Microsoft Office and G Drive and G-suite experience 
  • Comfortable with technology and able to quickly embrace, learn and master new software systems 
  • High level of motivation and strong work ethic 
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills 
  • Highly dependable and trust-worthy 
  • Must have reliable transportation during the workday 
  • Must be able to safely lift up to 40 lbs
