Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Summary:

You will work directly alongside company founders and leadership team to build processes, drive growth and lead change in a young company in the exciting natural/better-for-you food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CEO with calendar and communication management
  • Manage and support operating systems and provide technical support as needed
  • Manager all electronic and physical records
  • HR administrative support including keeping personnel records, manage open enrollment, onboarding new employees, manage and update compliance practices and policies
  • Own critical company processes
  • Facilitate & streamline communications within the organization
  • Online order fulfillment and maintenance
  • Shipping & Receiving of office supplies and sales samples
  • Complete additional projects as requested

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year degree required, 4-year degree preferred
  • At least 5 years previous work experience with a successful track record of progressive administrative management in a small company/start-up environment
  • Very strong understanding of Microsoft office suite experience
  • Strong comfort with technology and the ability to quickly embrace, learn and master new software systems
  • Ability to quickly embrace, learn and master new software and systems
  • High level of motivation and strong work ethic
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
  • Flexibility to successfully prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly dependable and trust-worthy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive outlook- upbeat, friendly & engaging
  • Individual must be self-motivated and able to work within a high- performance team
  • Can do / whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude, willing to work nights and weekends if needed
  • Strong preference for action. You understand the desired outcome, can articulate a clear destination, and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity along the way
  • Execute like an owner – deadline and margin-aware
  • Willingness to travel, if needed (minimally)
